PLC central control,dual inverters adjusting the rotary speed to realize Weaving & Raising Synchronization and automatically logic process for electric signal.Automatic compensating,adjusting weft density and detect warppause,weft-pause,and weft-end,dividing fabric capacity meters for each shift and capacity accumulating.All the operation data can be read and modulated on the LCD screen,to operate the loom by touch panel.All the manipulation is user-friendly and easy to learn.
Efficient motion system
Light engineering plastic as the materials of shuttle body and the unique dual bevel shuttle orbit can avoid shuttle fleeing and guarantee smooth & stable circular motio.The Shuttle movement is similar to autocar running.Rolling friction on racetrack (reed ring) lowered both noise and energy cost.
Constant tension winder
The winder equips electromagnetism field as its transmission system.When the machine halts or starts,dual drivers maintain magnetism to generate constant tension,constantly keeping the cloth tight.
